About Me & Teaching Approach

Hello, I’m Mary — a dedicated and passionate Math and Science tutor. I was among the top-performing students in high school, achieving an index one, and I take pride in using that strong academic foundation to help students succeed.

I believe every student can excel with the right guidance, patience, and support. My goal is not just to teach, but to help students truly understand concepts, build confidence, and develop a positive attitude toward learning.

My Teaching Style
My lessons are interactive, clear, and tailored to each student’s needs. I simplify complex topics into manageable steps and use practical examples to make learning easier and more relatable. I encourage students to ask questions freely and actively participate, creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment.

Lesson Structure
Each lesson begins with a brief review of previous work, followed by a step-by-step explanation of new concepts. We then work through examples together before the student practices independently with my guidance. I always end with a recap and short exercises to reinforce understanding.
